With a 14 year tenure in the association and non-profit space, I have held positions in a variety of roles and organizations focusing primarily on technology and project management. This time has given me a solid understanding of the way that modern associations typically interact with their organizational technology, and how they can best serve their membership in doing so. As a senior sales engineer at Higher Logic, I play the critical role of a trusted advisor to ensure all technical concerns and barriers are appropriately managed to guarantee a successful sales cycle and community implementation. Immediately prior to coming on board at Higher Logic, I worked as an implementation project manager at Avectra (now Abila). I also spent a number of years working in IT at the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, and the American Bar Association.
